From first question to boarding pass: how our process actually works

By Chichi · · 2 min read

Most people arrive at a consultancy with one question: can I actually go? The honest answer takes more than a conversation, because it depends on your documents, your budget and the intake calendar. What follows is the sequence we run, and why it sits in that order.

1. Talk to us

A short first conversation, usually on Messenger. We ask where you are in life right now: student, graduate, working, or changing careers. No documents needed yet. The point is to find out whether you have a realistic pathway and which one.

2. Join a live orientation, or watch the webinar

We run a live orientation every week, and recorded webinars for each destination we actively push. This is where you hear the requirements for a specific country in one sitting, instead of piecing them together from posts and comments. It saves weeks of wrong assumptions.

3. Send your resume

Even if you are applying as a student, the resume is what lets us match you to programs and, where relevant, to work opportunities after study. Send what you have. A rough resume with correct dates beats a polished one with gaps.

4. Free assessment

This is the decision point, and it genuinely is free. We evaluate your qualifications, your budget and your goal against the countries and courses that fit them. You leave the assessment knowing which pathway is realistic, which documents you still need, and what it will cost. If the answer is 'not yet', we tell you that too, and what would have to change.

5. School enrollment

Once the pathway is settled, we shortlist partner schools on location, tuition, duration and reputation, then submit applications. Offers come back with conditions attached, and clearing those conditions is the work of the next few weeks.

6. Visa documentation and lodging

Financial records, academic documents, translations and certifications are assembled and checked against what the embassy actually asks for. Accommodation is arranged around the intake date. This stage is unglamorous and it is where most applications are won or lost.

7. Receive your visa, then fly

Pre-departure briefing, travel booking, and the practical details nobody puts in a brochure: what to carry, what to open first, who to call when you land.

Nothing in this sequence can be skipped, but steps 1 to 4 cost you nothing. The first assessment carries no fee, and we answer the same day.

If you want to know where you stand, start at step one. Everything after it is a decision you make with information in hand.
